None of this is worth the money unless I can access easy to read GPS data,(color map preferred) in the field on the spot with out a computer. A GPS chip small enough that it can be injected under the skin of a horse so that this animal could be tracked any were. The ideal system would have an individual code that can be entered in to a web site that would bring up a world map like Google Earth and would pin point the exact location of the animal. I am not sure that this technology is available yet. But if this could be accomplished the applications could be used for our animals, children, solders.
