There are many shady GPS fleet management/productivity services out there – beware. There are only a handful that have real people behind the scenes – do your homework and call the home office of the provider you’re looking at and ask a LOT of questions. You’ll be glad you did (I didn’t, and got burned the first time!)
While yes Henry that is an unfortunate side to almost any industry, there will always be a few bad apples taking advantage of companies and people. There are also companies like our that build our business around our customers. We are always looking to do the right thing for the customer and will even go the extra mile to adapt our program to our customers needs.
